Back when BoB was an elite PvP force, it was only fair - strong should fight the strong.

Nowadays tho, things are pretty one sided, BoB died with its name, what they got now isn't much better than BRUCE or ASCN. We need new strong opponent. AAA look promising.

Your attempt to paint good behavior as some form of cowardice is cute, but you know as well as I do that it was nothing more than that.

You "beating me" in an election was because I allowed you to by placing two candidates on the council. You know that and I know that. This was also prior to you embarassing both yourself and CCP by your actions on the council. I suspect the next time around will be a different story and shockingly enough I won't be able to run. Clever victory that will be should you find enough dummies to vote for you. Given the Eve population that's not unlikely.

Re: the it must be true bit... I seem to recall a certain 40 year old poof pulling a website and denying its existence after the fact. Unfortunately archive.org has you beat there. I have no need to lie as I don't care what you or anyone else thinks. Unlike you, I back that up with my actions.

Part of winning wars is choosing the ground. Making the enemy fight on your ground rather than fighting on his. I obviously want another empire war with the goonswarm because I enjoy blowing up silly goon ships. I don't want to pay for it though because I'd rather laugh at you when you drop the decs and run away.

Course we have a philosophical question:

Is 0.0 conquest more relevant or meaningful than simply killing spaceships in empire wars and lowsec?

You guys would say "yep, of course it is because its more time-intensive and painful and you need gazzilions of willing plebs to be good at it!" (or words to that effect.

I'd respond - surely juggling definitions of validity and relevance in the midst of an online space opera game is pretty silly in the first place - but since we are:

What I value is the glory of small unit pvp! I love that stuff. If you really really want to hurt my feelings and make me cry then you probably need to beat me on my own ground because I tell you now - until and unless the sovereignty system is significantly changed to enable a wider range of playstyles and gang interaction in 0.0 I'm simply not interested.

Good gameplay for me doesn't involve tedium. And POS = about as tedius as it can get.

There you go - completely honest answer, make of it what you will.
